		<description>I walked into Wellington Central Boxing Club in late June 2010 at 6&#039;5&quot;, and a hair short of 160 kilos. I&#039;ve been boxing now for 3 and a half months, and I&#039;ve lost 20 kilo, with no signs of stopping. Not only do I now fit into clothing without my belly hanging out, I can run up stairs, I can walk without being short of breath.

I&#039;ve tried a whole lot of sports, Rowing, Swimming, Rugby, Judo, Fencing, Soccer, the list goes on. I even joined a regular gym at one point. I&#039;ve never done anything that&#039;s as intense a workout as boxing. I couldn&#039;t have done this on my own, I have to thank the coaches from Wellington Central Boxing Club for so much of my weight loss. I&#039;ve lost a whole lot of weight, and found a fantastic sport. The people are friendly, the coaches know their stuff, and the workout is like no other.
